Shipping Policies
All product pricing provided by
Bioremediation, Inc., have shipping
charges are added as described below.
Our primary carriers for shipment are
UPS, Fed Ex. Product containers 55
gallon - 275 gallon are shipped LTL. All
freight is FOB Knox, Indiana 46534. We reserve
the right to change carriers or shipping
methods for any order. Additional
shipping or handling changes may apply
to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and
International destinations.
We will ship to the correct address you
provide. We will not ship to a P.O. Box.
We must have a full street address and
phone number. We are responsible for
shipping only when the correct
information is given for delivery. If a
product is returned for wrong address
you will be notified and will be
re-billed for the freight for
re-shipping the product. If the address
is not completely correct and our
carrier imposes in-transit address
correction charges (EXAMPLE: you use
Street and it should have been Avenue)
additional charges may apply.
Shipping charges are based on the
product weight, method of shipment, and
destination. We will gladly provide
shipping or freight quotations. Please
contact us for large quantity or drum
purchasing so that we can determine the
most economical shipping method.
Customs
You may be subject to import duties and
taxes, which are levied once the package
reaches your country. Additional charges
for customs clearance must be borne by
you; we have no control over these
charges and cannot predict what they may
be. Customs policies vary widely from
country to country; you should contact
your local customs office for further
information. Additionally, when ordering
from Bioremediation, Inc., you are
considered the importer of record and
must comply with all laws and
regulations of the country in which you
are receiving the goods.
How to Track Your Order
Provide us with your e-mail address and
we will send your tracking information
once your package has left our facility.
Customers who provide an email address
will receive order status updates. These
may include an order confirmation email,
followed by a shipping notification
email including tracking information if
available.
To track your package and view its
estimated arrival date, click the link
provided in the shipping notification to
be directed to the shipper's website.
Detailed tracking information will be
updated as the shipment progresses. If
your tracking status isn't immediately
available, please check again in the
next 12 hours.
Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with any
Bioremediation, Inc. Product, you may
return it within 30 days of receipt for
a replacement or refund of your full
merchandise cost. However, no returns
will be accepted without prior
authorization. All claims must be
reported within 10 days. No credit can
be issued on goods held over 30 days or
merchandise returned without
authorization. Contact our Customer

authorization and return shipping
information.
Shipping charges are not refundable. All
items must be shipped freight prepaid
and properly boxed with the Return
Authorization number displayed on the
exterior. A copy of the Bioremediation,
Inc., statement or invoice must be
included with all returns for credit and
will be subject to a restocking fee,
minus shipping and handling. Returns
will be credited at the price paid on
the invoice (less any restocking fee).
If no invoice/receipt is included with
the return, we will issue credit at the
current selling price or the price at
the time of sale, whichever is lower. If
defective, product will be replaced. The
method of refund will be determined by
the original method of payment.
Undeliverable Packages
Sometimes, due to an entry error or
incorrect address format, packages come
back to us as undeliverable. If you have
not received your order or a
confirmation of its return or refund,
please contact customer service.
